Boyfriend keeps doing things i ask him not to?

me and my bf have been together almost 4months now. when we first started to date i found a picture of a girl on hes phone i asked him to delete it and he did straight away which was good, but he was at mine the other night and he was going though my facebook and so i grabbed hes phone and went though hes photos, he had taking a photo from hes phone from facebook of a girl he knows profile picture. i wouldn't talk to him and ended up telling him to leave.. when i walked him outside he's eyes started to tear up and he said he was realy sorry. i walked of and he called me the next day saying i hope you like pandora..... that he cried all night thinking we were over .. does it mean hes really sorry? its cute he cried over it and that he brought me something thats pandora, but he cant buy hes way out of it.
