While trying to get a shiny pokemon in Black & White ?

Using the masuda method, does having a pokemon in the party with flame body to hatch the egg sooner negate the chances of you getting the Shiny pokemon? Because I'm trying to get a shiny Axew using the masuda method while having litwick in the party to hatch the eggs sooner but I've cracked over 1300 eggs & there's been no shiny :(
