Can sound waves interfere with magnetic waves or vice versa?

Okay, I am looking at a pest control device that has both ultrasonic (sound) and electromagnetic repelling abilities. It would seem to me that if you used both settings at the same time (sound and magnetic), then the sound waves would interfere with the magnetic waves or vice versa, negating any repellant abilities of the device. My question is this: . Would a strong sound wave disrupt or alter a magnetic wave in any way?
