Advice on what I should do..?

You can tell her that they can rent a motel room, sleep in the car like you did, or use his room in the future. You can let her have the house and move into the dorm, unless both names are on the lease. Her guy sounds like a bully, and her lies haven't helped. Tell her you no longer feel safe in your own home with him around, and let them meet elsewhere. Keep a clear head and avoid the cussing. I would think the school should have more than one dorm, even if his room is in another dorm. It sounds like you can afford to live in the house alone, and pull better grades without all of the drama. That is the purpose of attending school in the first place. You goal is higher and longer term, than a girl with a controlling boyfriend. The guy may be trying to move into her room, and mooch off of the both of you.
