Legal responses to parents for 15 year olds?

ok, so both me and my girlfriend are constantly fighting with our parents with stuff like seeing each other and well typical teenager stuff, i would just like to get some legal facts to back up my responses with like my mums saying i cant stay at home by myself for a day (yes maybe theres a reason behind not being allowed like shes worried but ill handle that after i negate any legal things she brings out in an attempt to halt my arguement) so yeah thats one of the main things i want to know about legally, but if you can also think up any other common arguements between teenager and parent that some legal things would be useful tell me those too, thanks :)
