What's a healthy breakfast??? Help me decide?

add some oatmeal with your fruit, but don't eat the flavored kind or sugar. if you need to you can sprinkle some brown sugar on it but not much. drink a glass of water for breakfast also. it will help fill you up so you don't reach for junk food in the middle of the day. also, you could have a glass of skim milk for the same reason.
