Who do you think this guy likes? any help appreciated.?

okay i have to give you a litle bit of background first. i used to like this guy who was in a service group i was in. but we never realy tallked. im not in that group anymore but he recently got fb. and one day he randomly chatted me. so weve been talking on facebook for a while and hes really nice. and he wanted to tell me a story that happend in this group (the story was non relevant to any girls btw) and he only goes on facebook on his ipod so it took him a whole hour to type up. so i was thinking he liked me and my friend (that knows him bcuz shes in the group) thought so too so she chatted him yesterday saying (in context) "hadley cracks me up! dont you you think she is funny?" and he said "yeah. Hadley and i never really talked in the service group :(. only on fb lol" (yes he did put a sad face haha" and she said "aww do you like her?" and he said "no" and she said "i was joking" but then he went offline. now i know he said he doesnt like me but if one of HIS friends asked ME if i liked HIM i would say no also in case they were going to tell him, wouldnt you? now for the next part. he made a status that had a whole bunch of things like "funny, cute, hot, random, etc" and if you like it he messages you what you are. me and my friend both liked it. for me he put: "talkative, cool, funny, cute, and i would die for you (but he put in brackets "i would risk my life for you" for my friend he put the EXACT same but he also put she was hot and in brackets "i guess" sooo what does this mean? i mean, he does know my friend better than me because they still see each other but yeah, any guesses who he likes?
