Rate my Nicol Bolas deck MTG?

You should try running this against a deck that is from the format that this is legal in. This deck is only legal against Vintage and Legacy decks. This been said, you are missing some really important cards that would make this deck into a powerhouse. Dark Ritual, Hypnotic Specter (instead of Sedraxis), Phyrexian Arena, Force of Will, Doomblade, Demonic Tutor (instead of Diabolic), and a really nasty little card, Promise of Power.
