Need help with weight loss idea?
i just started working out and i have a routine i will keep till summer is over. mon,wed,fri i will ride bike to club lift weights then bike to school wich is realy close to club and run around the track each week i will increase a lap around track.tue,thurs,sun i will do more cardio endurance things that i learned in my sports conditioning class this year. and after each workout i will swim some laps increasing every week and i will take a break sat. other than randomly doing push ups and situps during rest of day should i do anhything else that will help me loose weight? im making huge cuts on eating habbits and will do watever i can to loose 50 or more pounds in the next month and a half. wen would the best time of day be to workout? i start my workouts at 7:30am. i weigh 278.6pounds im 16 but keep in mind i have some good muscle and have been playing sports my whole life. so im probably one of the most athletic fat person out there lol. please any suggestions would be much appreciated.thank you
