I looked up a crepe recipe online and they turned out looking exactly how they were supposed to look, but they tasted like flour. Is that how plain crepes are supposed to taste like? Can't figure out if I did something wrong, or if that's just how they're supposed to taste. I added some strawberries inside but the flour taste overwhelmed the whole thing so I just gave up. I whisked 1 egg, 1 cup flour, 1 cup milk and added water until it reached the consistency of water, then put it in the pan.
